Transformational Community Development (TCD) empowers the world's poorest villages to break the cycle of extreme poverty through sustainable, community-led change. Local teams coach villagers in water, food security, wellness, education, and income generation, using low-cost, low-tech solutions built on local leadership and resources, creating lasting transformation that lasts for generations.

Clean water initiatives are transforming health and opportunity in remote communities by delivering sustainable access to safe drinking water. Through portable Village Drill technology in Sierra Leone and Liberia, community-built wells, and household water filters in Egypt, local teams provide reliable, affordable solutions that reduce waterborne disease, empower families, and unlock better education and livelihoods for thousands.
